Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
After we confirm your reservation, we'll send payment instructions. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in with a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in.
Yes, our apartment is family-friendly. We can provide a baby cot upon request. Please let us know in advance if you'll be traveling with children so we can prepare accordingly.
Yes, a refundable security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This will be returned to you within 3 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
We arrange a personal check-in at the apartment. After your booking is confirmed, we'll coordinate a specific time for your arrival. Our representative will meet you at the apartment to provide keys and a brief orientation.
